New Site Design for J.M.D.

So I’m super excited to start sharing some projects I’ve been working on these past few weeks! In case some of you are new to the blog, or don’t maneuver around my site much, I started offering design services a few months ago and it has been so fun! The services I offer include branding, logo design, and web services for ShowIt5. It’s seriously my all time favorite platform to work with, and with no coding, you can always tweak things or add something new down the road. I didn’t expect that I would be this into designing websites, but I┬álove it.

Justine is a Kitchen & Bath Designer and has been freelancing some work on the side. Now she wants to grow her business and really needed an online presence. I created a few different logo variations and really listened to her design inspiration and aesthetic. We took lots of inspiration from the dark blue and green combinations, paired with gold because…well who doesn’t love gold?!

Here is her mood board –

Since she wanted to showcase some of her projects, we wanted to have a light and airy feel. Her photographer of choice creates beautifully ethereal images that will work nicely on her site. The goal was to make these images stand out and therefore keep the website clean and crisp.

One of my favorite features of Showit5 is the ability to customize your mobile site!
