Have you ever seen a place and thought, damn I wish I thought of this first. Ha, well that’s how I felt when I came across Dig Inn. With a few locations in New York and now this new one in Boston, Dig Inn is a place where I would spend most of my time – the colors, the layout, the menu. It’s all so envious. If you were to pick apart my brain, this is what my restaurant would look like. With the help of ASH NYC, Dig Inn created a contemporary and inviting aesthetic to welcome their guests. The peach accents and plant life add a fun and happy twist, softening the industrial space.
From toasted farrow and butternut squash to kitchen sink cookies with oatmeal and shredded carrots, their menu consists of healthy options and mindful sourcing, something that I can always appreciate in a world full of processed food and happy meals.
What do you think of this place?! I want to make a trip to Boston just to experience this place.
