DIY Breakfast Tray, No need to get up again

I think we can all agree some days we just physically can’t get out of bed. I recently got a king bed with a foam top that seriously feels like what I assume sleeping on clouds feel like. I’m actually writing this post on said bed and just took a 20 minute nap/break because I could. #winning.

Now, the hottest accessory for any bed is the tray. It allows us to treat the bed like a desk or table, so our bedtime enjoyment can be extended. Well, I am here to help. This tray has been so awesome and fun to use, ha. I really wanted to add legs that were fun and stylish, and also high enough that I could put over my lap while cozied up in lots of blankets. I’ve also used this on the floor in front of the TV with pillows and blankets. A TV Party if you will. It’s just a versatile tray that has improved my well being.

Materials

Ceramic Tray, similar and this one is cool!
Metal Legs, I used SwenyoGorilla Glue
Tape Measure
Marker

Instructions

Step 01. Mark off the area where you would like your legs to sit, mine are set an inch from the edge.
Step 02. I used a spray adhesive for metal and ceramic at first, but it didn’t work super well. I ended up using Gorilla Glue instead and it was MUCH better.
Step 03. Clamp down the legs, one at a time, and let dry completely.

Yep, that’s all! You now have a super cute tray to eat pancakes off and binge watch season 2 of Narcos. I seriously have used this little guy for everything, including a side table. Also, I have an obsession withSwenyo! I have the Skurniture Bench too. 🙂 Seriously take a look at their stuff! xo
