Bash has a New Look and a New Vibe

So here we are, a new look and a whole new perspective on this blogging thing. If you’ve noticed, I took like a 5 month break on social media because I was ridiculously burnt out and to be honest – anxious as hell. I started an awesome full time gig in April and just took on so much at once that I felt like I had no life and was constantly working. Because of that I feel like my work suffered and so did my mental health, like really bad. I’m naturally an anxious person and with so much going on it was a little overwhelming.

But Guess what…

I’m super stoked to say I’ve really been thinking about this blog and about bash. I love love love web design and it’s been a very exciting ride. I also really miss making stuff, especially around the holidays. With that said, is anyone else interested in more DIYs on here?! Just a heads up this is a rhetorical question because I’ve already made up my mind, haha. Of course a new site was in the works, so I’m happy to reintroduce you to bash – and we’re serious about color! Take a look around and let me know what you think! I made it much more user friendly, while also adding a shop and portfolio.

I’ve seriously been so excited to show off this new site I designed! I spent a lot of time really fine tuning everything, including the mobile version as well. All the sites I’ve created have been on the Showit platform and I totally recommend it if you like to take the DIY approach to designing your own stuff. 🙂

So what do you think?! I’m happy to be back with a solid vision in mind. I also wanted to mention that along with DIYs perfect for the weekend, I’ll be sharing some mental health tips I’ve been using this past year. It still feels a little scary to be so vulnerable online, but once I started feeling better and slowing down, it’s been a game changer.
